Who is the caregiver? Who vouched for her? How well does he know the person who vouched? Is the caregiver a woman or a man? How familiar is she with West Indian households? Can she cook the food he recognises as a meal? Do they share a language? Does visit one land on his rhythm? Will someone he trusts be there when she arrives?
